RCS (Rich Communication Services) is a new Mobile Operator channel enabling a rich-media messaging experience where Enterprises and customers can easily interact.
Enterprises, with the right technology, will be able to build sophisticated chatbots and engage customers using a series of new interactive features – carousel menus, buttons, links – along with rich media (images, video, audio and location sharing).
