We provide tailor-made messaging strategies, helping Telcos and Enterprises to productise, launch, monetise, and run omni-channel messaging products, including RCS, Viber, WhatsApp, OTT, and SMS, both for the wholesale and retail industries.
An opportunity has arisen for a fully remote Sales Support within GTC’s growing team.
- Become familiar with the sales processes for the different services.
- Actively support the E2E sales process and the stakeholders within each sales phase.
- Develop a deep understanding of the messaging ecosystem, including market trends and needs of market players and GTC’s service portfolio.
- Assist with the creation of service quotations.
- Generate and classify leads for GTC, acting as the 1st point of contact for inbound requests.
- Develop required service expertise and sales skills with the support of the CEO and colleagues.
- Exploring potential new customers worldwide.
- Coordinate sales funnel with team members and agents.
- Track and report the progress of the sale regularly and forecast using adequate reporting tools.
- Manage relationships with customers and partners.
- Act as a GTC brand ambassador at industry events, conference panel sessions, and online.
- Organise and professionally run the GTC Insiders video series and customer testimonials in close coordination with the Head of Marketing.
- Support the preparation and logistics of industry conferences.
- No telco experience is required, but interest in messaging technology, e.g. SMS, WhatsApp and Mobile Applications, is a must.
